Having a problem with the spacemaker microwave where it doesn't heat at all but runs. I believe its a problem with the magnetron. Need some help on what is needed to get this fixed.

Hello rkjes23. If the magnetron is bad in the unit, they recommend replacing the magnetron and diode. You can test the diode and see if it is good. It should only read in one direction. There should be an arrow or triangle on the diode pointing the direction it reads. If it reads both ways, you will need to replace the diode and magnetron. Hope this helps.
