The metal strap that holds the electrode to the bracket...is that strap part of the bracket or part of the electronic electrode.

I have ordered the bracket and the bolt and nut. The diagram does not show clearly the metal strap holding the electrod to the bracket.

As you can see on the diagram the electrode (#10) is secured to the bracket with the mounting ring (#11).
