I have replaced the turntable motor which I assumed was the culprit without success. Other controls on the control panel "cooking time" "clock" etc all work and when I press "turntable" it shows off or on but when placing food in cabinet and turning machine on while the microwave works but the turntable does not.
Please suggest the problem--A part numbered 134 on the diagram seems to be replaceable and if this is the problem suggested, how does one access this location to replace the panel?

if you replace the turn moter was the plastic clip broke some times the little clip that hold the tray in plce breaks
