Recently my kitchen aid khms155ss-3 microwave has started beeping and is now locked. At one point an F2 error appeared on the screen. I unplugged it and replugged it in a day later and it worked for about an hour, then beeped and went into locked mode. any suggestions?

I do not have a solution. I have had the same problem for over a year. We unplug our microwave and plug it back in to use (what a hassle). Up until recently, we were not having any problems. I decided to set the clock and the problem came back. Reading other forums indicate that the keypad is shorted. I believe that is true. Also, our microwave will turn on by itself (very dangerous). I believe our problem started when someone sprayed our keypad w/cleaner. I am thinking about removing the keypad and spray WD-40 to rid any moisture.
