Microwave vent fan light prob

Brand: -brand- Age: Less than 1 year

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

I have an over the stove microwave. Works fine ,,,except.. the vent fan and light under the unit (not inside) do not respond to there respective switches?
ANY IDEAS?
