Control Problem
Model Number: 721.64282300 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
I have purchased a new control for the Kenmore Elite Microwave/Convection oven. The dial will not operate by pressing it as the instructions advise. I have microwave function by turning the dial to set time but to press the dial does nothing.
