microwave turntable doesn't turn
Model Number: mh6140xxq-1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
Turntable doesn't turn. Replaced turntable motor(circ), synch with new one. New motor doesn't work either. Every other feature on Microwave works with exception of turntable and magnetron. Apparently, there is a sensor wire which doesn't allow the magnetron to come on if the turntable motor doesn't rotate.
