turntable not working, everything else is good
Model Number: jvm1860wd002 Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
my turntable stooped working all of a sudden. had 21v to the motor so i assumed a bad motor(i could watch voltage come and go as i run micro and toggled the turntable button on/off). replaced motor and have the same result no movement. any help suggestions would be helpful
