Won't Run

Model Number: PLMV169 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years

Everything looks like it is operational.....clock works, time counts down and beeps when done but the Micro. just doesn't fire up. Is there a reset button? I live in Costa Rica where it is diff. to get someone out for repairs, so any help would be appreciated.
