help! we have the disassembled the door, removed all the screws except for the bottom one. how do i get to it? the diagrams and the u tube demonstration is not helping.:eek:

I just figured it out. After you remove all the screws that you can easily reach, move the interior metal frame up and down until loose (will take a few minutes) Then start to slowly pry at the tabs simultaneously grabbing the black metal frame and pulling away to separate the two layers. This will expose the lower hidden retaining screw.
