Default Removing microwave
Model Number: jvm240av   Brand: GE   Age: 5 - 10 years   

I am replacing the microwave with a new one. I have removed the top 2 mounting screws, but can't get it to budge. tell me what I am missing. Thanks

is this model venting up or out? sometimes installers will actualy rivit the duct work into the blower plenum. it doesn't have to be but.... check the vent to microwave ducting. good luck and post your results here
