Underneath lights do not turn off
Model Number: Panasonic NN-P295 Brand: -other- Age: 1 - 5 years
One bulb burnt out on over the range microwave and now the underneath lights do not turn off.

Most likely the problem is a shorted out control board. We are not able to help you with parts for non American brands.
