advantium oven/microwave

Model Number: SCB2001KSS01 Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years

can anyone walk me thrue how to install a new door on this ??I have removed the old door but the hinges on the new door will not budge enough to hang the new door is there a trick or tool I can use ?
