I have a GE Profile Spacemaker Oven Model JVM1490WH01. This is a combination micro wave and convection oven. The exhaust fan now only runs on high speed. If I push the control panel, the display changes from high to low, but the actual speed of the fan remains on high. Also, the fan comes on automatically during certain cooking cycles and used to come on at different speeds but now only comes on high speed.

Any troubleshooting ideas or things to check would be greatly appreciated. Also, if there is a troubleshooting manual available, that would be great. I used to be able to get these but can't seem to find them anymore.
