Default Microwave Runs But Does Not Heat
Model Number: JVM 1870SF001   Brand: GE   Age: More than 10 years

My Microwave runs but does not heat...i have read that this problem is either the magnetron or the capacitor...how do you test these components to tell which is the culprit? I have also read that the capacitor needs to be discharged prior to any disassembly.
