I have a Ewave over the stove Microwave. When you turn it on it comes on, light, & fan. My only problem is the turntable will not turn. Thanks for any help you could be. Frank

I am having the same problem with my ewave KOT-172S microwave. Everything functions except the turntable, I have tried the on/off button on the control panel and no luck. There is little if any resistance on the coupler when I try to manually turn it.
