I have a less than two year old Pansonic Maicrowave and a H97 appears on the display panel. Ie won't work. I understand it's a problem with the generational system, want do I do. I live in MA

The reason the microwave shuts down on these Panasonic microwaves is because the inverter board doesn't sense the magnetron drawing power. This can be causes by the magnetron going bad, the inverter board not reading the magnetron correctly, or a door switch going bad. Check the door switches to make sure they are good and if they are good you'll need to just guess at which part you wanted to replace first. The most likely part in my experience is the inverter board. Below is a video on how to test the door switches if you don't know how to.
