Model Number: RM278BXV Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
Everything sounds like it is working, however nothing gets hot. It is a combo with the oven, so probably very expensive to replace whole unit. I suspect someone in the family may have had a metal bowl in it, but no one owns up. Could this have caused a problem?
