GE Advantium, Model: sca2000bbb03, Serial: md900357k.

The oven died following a power surge, Main ceramic 250v fuse behind/above panel had blown. So I replaced it. When I plugged in power, oven appeared to 'run' (exhaust fan started?, whirring sound) As I started to reset clock, the whirring sound became varied, like a motor struggling under load. Within a few seconds main fuse blew again. Dead. Need help, I'm not flush for cash at the moment, so I'd much rather fix it than replace, if possible, but it was manufactured in 2002 so...help ....pls.
