Unplug the unit. Take the wrap off of the unit. On the noise filter board you should see a fuse. Test this fuse and see if it is bad. If so here is the replacement part for it.Part number: AP2631556

Hey Jeff,
I have the same type issue with my GE PVM2070SM4SS. Everything is dead. My "noise filter board" has 2 fuses. Have replaced with like kind...still dead. Outlet power is good. No burning smell or anything. Any suggestions?? Thanks

There is a T.C.O before the filter board. Test for power tot he filter board, and if it is not there, you will need to test the T.C.O. Let me know if you need more help! Thanks.
