Plate won't turn. Parts not available?
Model Number: JMW9527CAB Brand: Jenn-Air Age: 1 - 5 years
Maytag repair says I need a new motor and the plastic part that is grooved and the glass plate that turns locks into. This unit is only 3 years old, but I cannot locate the motor or the plastic thread. Any ideas where I can find the necessary parts?

The motor has been discontinued by Maytag and is no longer available. Sorry.
