Default Power gone and door locked after cleaning cycle

Did you ever resolve your issue? Seems like we are in the same boat. We did a cleaning cycle today. Now the panel is blank (no lights whatsoever) and door is still locked. Breaker had not tripped. I manually turned breaker off and back on, but no change. KitchenAid KEBS278D.

Default lost power during cleaning & door locked

Looks like we had the same problem, and I'm wondering what you did to solve it.
Our KitchenAid was in a cleaning cycle, and all the lights went out on the panel. Electrical breaker did not trip, but I turned it off and on again anyway. Oven door is still locked, and no lights are displayed.

Default Lost power after self-clean

Ended up calling for service. There is a thermal fuse behind the front control panel, and another one on the back of the case under a skin. Both were shot. Technicial said they were protection from overheating. With the service call and parts, the total was just under $200.
