I had the door switch replaced by servicer in July 2010. If you lift up on the door, microwave will run. How do I adjust door or switch to correct the problem?

In this case, you should be able to call the servicer back to make the adjustment for you. Anything you do to it may be obvious, and thereby void any warranty your servicer may have given you. Any reputable service company will return to correct incomplete work.

My servicer only gave a 30 day warranty so I would like to try the adjustment myself if you have any advice. Thank You!
