The turntable has stopped turning. It moves freely when turned by hand.

I have tried to pull up the coupler (it feels 'loose') but won't come up. I am afraid to break it.

I am guessing that it needs a new motor. I think it is part AP2024962.

But - I am a complete novice -- how do I get to the old motor to replace it? Are there any instructions or helpful hints to replace this part?
