Hello, I just received my repair parts from appliance parts pros.com and I am trying to replace the smart board. It's fairly obvious as to what screws you need to remove and transfer electrical connectors except for the ribbon cable to the touch pad. I'm not sure how that ribbon cable is removed from the smart board and I don't want to damage the ribbon cable or touch board. Does anyone have a procedure or know how to remove and replace the ribbon cable?
