Default

It could be a number of different things. Mag.diode.capacitor, x-former,thermal fuse, control board, One needs to trobleshoot it on site and go through the process It will make different sounds depending on what componant went badEach one has it's own distint noise in a sense. open the control panel and dig out the tech data sheet there will be info on how to check it out be sure to unplug & discharge the capacitor before you go probing around LOTS OF HI-VOLTAGE in there.
