Oven won't heat up
Model Number: JGB920SEF2SS Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a GE Profile stove/oven model JGB920SEF2SS. When I set it to bake or convection bake it wont heat up past 200 degrees. I took off the bottom pan and saw that the ignitor was glowing but the gas did not go on and therefore the burner does not light. I am guessing that the oven gets warm from the ignitor and nothing else. I also checked the broil option and saw that the ignitor works and that the burner lights so gas is getting there. Any ideas as to what my problem is??
