I have a Sharp microwave/convection oven, it's been great for like 10 years.....but the button to press for opening it has conked out.

I can still open it...by prying it..but I'm sure there's more damage being caused.

I've figured out the parts I need. My question is, this thing is heavy, and mounted over my stove. Can it be fixed without dismounting it?

If so, I think I can handle this fix (with some good advice from this forum, please!)
