My over the range microwave comes on, but doesn't heat. and makes a loud vibrating noice that can actually be felt in the control panel.
Any suggestions?:confused:

Most likely the problem is a shorted out diode (aka rectifier). Open the control panel and check the diode for continuity.

- The part number for the diode is AP3774817
