Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/22/2010(UTC) Posts: 1		My previous Control Box on my Kenmore over-the-range microwave went bad. The number's 2 and 9 stopped working. I received a replacement Control Box (DE94-01648E) and its keypad doesn't work at all. None of the keys will react when pushed. I put the old box back in and it worked. (Except the #2 & 9 of course) I am at a loss. Could it be a bad replacement part. Any help would be of great assistance. Jake
