Kitchenaide microwave fan not working
Model Number: KHHS179LSS5 Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
I have kitchenaid over the range microwave. Mircrowave works fine but looks like fan is not turning on with microwave. I noticed food get heated. Any help ?

Remove the cooling fan (#14 on the diagram). The disassembly instructions are in the Service manual.
Using an external 9 or 12 DC voltage source, connect to fan wires: red (R) wire to “+” and black (BK) wire to “-”. If it does not work, replace the fan.
