Replace Handle on Microwave
Model Number: ACO1860AS Brand: Amana Age: 1 - 5 years
I am trying to replace the handle on my AMANA microwave. Can I just order a new handle or will i have to replace the entire door? How is the handle attached?

Hi Ben,
You can replace just the handle. It's secured by the two screws from inside of the door. You have to remove the choke cover to access the screws. This video clip will help you to understand the choke cover removal. - The part number for the door handle (stainless steel) is AP176362 Here are the break down diagrams for the Amana microwave Model ACO1860AS Gene.
