Model Number: JVM1880sd002 Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
I read in an old post this problem was "keypad membrane". Not sure if this would apply to my model? Is this easy to replace? Is it worth fixing a 6 year old unit? Appreciate any guidance.

Hi Rob,
The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it, please. Gene.

Hi Rob,
The "F3" error code means a shorted key on the key pad. The key pad is a part of the control panel which has to be replaced. Is it worth or not you have to decide based on the condition of the unit. - The part number for the control panel is AP3669104 Here are the break down diagrams for the GE microwave Model JVM1860SD002 Gene.
