Whirlpool gold microwave

Model Number: GH9115XEB Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

I'm looking to purchase part number AP3033471 (Black Membrane). I wanted to see if it was difficult to replace myself. Do i just peal off the old one and replace it by sticking on the new one? or is there some special way of doing it?
