Heat but not drying, seems like heat is not blowing good
Disconnect the vent hose from unit. Make sure it is blowing good then. If so you have a restriction from that hase to the outside of the house. (Is it new house?). If it is not strong there something...

If this model has a selector for small,medium,large loads. Does it have reset and far right side? If so make sure you are going to reset from a medium load to a large load.
