got to be a thermostat problem, I would think. b e careful if you replace i yourself. watch your wiring closely, and read your instructions |

I'm not sure what you are talking about, but a thermostat should only have two wires on the back and it MIGHT have a lug on the frame somewhere that a green ground wire hooks to but other than that... |

if you do use a "cheater" cord as richappy has stated, besure that the motor is a 115v motor. on a few units, mostly electronic models, the evaporator motor is a dc low voltage motor. just be careful. |

I am still concened....the defrost cycle should have prevented this from happening...keep me posted as to what happenes |
