Whirlpool washer will drain but wont spin
It agitates fine and it drains out and sounds like it it spinning but the tub inside doesn't spin to get all the water out.

When my washer goes into the spin cycle it will drain and sounds like it is spinning but the tub holding the clothes is not spinning and I have soaked clothes. They are clean but still dripping wet....
