ice maker inop
if water is leaking into the tray that usually means the water valve is not working properly. As far as no ice after 72 hours, do you still have the ice build up?

Ice cubes are hollow shells. minus 10 degrees in freezer, 40 in fridge. new tray and valve. door seals good. any help?
