GE refrig no cooling after replace condenser(?) fan
I don't see any discolored/broken wires around the compressor. The only things I touched were the start relay and the sensor beside it in the compressor when I replaced the fan.

replaced condenser fan (beside compressor) because it seemed to be causing burning smell. now the compressor doesn't start, fan in freezer doesn't come on, only the fan next to compressor runs...
