Update: The lower sprocket had some play in it, called Factory Tech and they are going to send an entire motor pack for replacement under warantee. Great service from Braun. |

Barbara, I am having the same issue, the chain has fallen off the sprocket. You will have to remove the access plate from the back of the unit then use a socket wrench on the sprocket nut to raise... |

Randy, Use a 15/16" socket(I believe that is the size) with ratchet on the sprocket nut to raise the ram. |
