Applicance Parts Pros doesn't answer my customer service emails (2 in 5 days), does anyone know if I have to have an RMA for a return??? |

Yes, it's 120. Dryer worked fine for years, just started with that weird chirp noise, then one day, the buttons just stopped working. All indications were to replace the control board. The ribbon... |

Also, this is what the problem was in the first place. So when I changed out the control board I expected it to start working. But nothing changed from old board to new board all is still the same. |

Yep, all cables are connected. I did them one at a time from old to new. |

Yes, the lights are on as normal, but nothing happens when you push any button. |

I guess I just send this board back to you as I am assuming it is defective since no one has any other suggestions.... I had thought the customer support here was pretty good, that is why I ordered... |
