The unit has been working great since July. I think I wasted $96 on a new gasket. Fingers crossed --when spring comes and the humidity returns will my problem return. thanks for the help. |

Sure is a mystery - but everything has been working great for the past week. The only thing I can think is that it is sucking air some where and now that the humidity is low the defroster can... |

Would it be pracitcal to disable the automatic defrost? I have a wiring diagram. Or would I have to take the whole unit apart to do it ? |

Slowly the frost is building up on the items in the freezer and ice collecting on the surfaces. Review: replaced the door gasket, unplugged the unit overnight and the drain pan filled with water so... |

Plugged the unit in and it is cooling. There is now water in the drain pan so I know the the drain tube is not plugged. Should know in a few days if this continues. TAA |
