New sensor arrived in only 2 days, but didn't seem to help. Replaced the sensor, set to 350. In 20 minutes the oven only got to 325. Set it up to 450, 4 minutes later it had only reached 350, then... |

Yes, at room temperature. Removed panel on rear of the range, isolated the sensor by unplugging it, set the meter at 2K ohms and plugged the test leads into the back side of the sensor plug. I did... |

Ok, I checked resistance on the oven sensor and got a value of 1790 ohm (sensor was still mounted in oven chassis). Am I to assume this is too far out of spec and I need a new sensor? Please... |
