Replacing Latch - Replacing Latch
I'm in the process of replacing latch, however, I am having difficulty opening the top of the washer. I have released the back brackets, but can not figure out what is securing the front of the top....

Dryer starts hot then stops proving heat after 2 or 3 minutes - Dryer starts hot then stops proving heat after 2 or 3 minutes
The dryer provides heat for 2 to 3 minutes then stops providing heat. I ordered both thermostats and replaced them, but that is not the answer to the problem. What else could it be?
