It's not that my washer isn't geting enough water, its getting to much water then it beeps and flashes FH then it stops and drains all the water out. Is there a part that lets the washer know when to...

I Checked And The Faucets Are On, Checked The Inlet Screens, Hoses Are Not Kinked, And Water Hoses Are Not Frozen. What Could Be The Problem?
