It was the coupler fitting that is between the motor and the transmission. Took the repair man 15 min to fix at $90.00 total. If you have it repaired make sure that he installs the new upgraded...

Washer not spinning or agatating - Washer not spinning or agatating
Washer will fill and drain but will not agitate or spin. Makes a grinding spinning noise with the motor when the lid is closed.:mad:
