I am having a similar issue with my Amana. Started beeping and was selecting the timer on its own like someone was standing there hitting the timer button. I unplugged the pad and restored power...

Loss of Switch Membrane Touch Contols
I would say the membrane pad is bad as well. Mine acts the same way with the membrane pad unplugged.

F1 Error Code - Continuous Beeping!! - I think mine is the membrane pad AP93441
I have the same issue with my Amana ARTSC8651 with the continuous beeping. When it started beeping, it kept switching between the timer and the clock like someone was sitting there hitting the timer...
