after further searching on the web, the part i couldnt name is the transmission, the sqeek is comimg from the top or bottom of it, i cant tell which, like i said before the final 2 or 3 revolutions...

dryer has a scorched look on back panel - loud squeeking noise during spin cycle
the brown spot is on the outside of machine, would that still be it, i read somewhere that the elements could be causing it
