Window Air - no fan
Try moving the fan. Moves easy, change fan capacitor. Stiff, new motor.

Carrier Puron Condensor
Manufacturer's no longer want flare fittings, they want sweat. Puron is Carriers name for R 410A, which only uses TXV's. :)

Pressures are way off for R22. Head Pressure should be around 275# (110*F condensing temperature).
Suction 68# (40*F evaporator temperature)
