bottom freezer floor is creating sheet of ice and then leaking defrost drain is mostly likely blocked. When unit defrosts, water has no where to go if drain is clogged. It then collects in bottom of freezer and forms sheet of ice. When ice keeps building up,... |

Washing machine Most likey, motor coupler that joins motor shaft to transmission is bad and needs replacing. |

Maytag dryer runs about 30 minutes, gets loud, then cuts off. Most likely the motor overheating, thus shutting off. When it cools off after a few minutes, it will come back on. Motor would probably have to be replaced. |

Refrigerator leaking on floor If it is a side by side, check to see if there is a sheet of ice in bottom of freezer. If so, defrost drain is stopped up. |
